What we do

ClearHaul is a filing preparation and submission service. We prepare government filings from information you provide and submit them with your authorization. We provide regulatory information with citations to official sources; we do not provide legal advice. Government attestations and certifications on filings are yours — we transmit only data you have affirmatively certified.

Fees and refunds

Every price shows the government fee and our service fee separately. If a filing we prepared is not accepted, our service fee is refunded 100%. Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the agency, per agency rules — this is stated before checkout on every order.

Timelines

We commit to our submission timelines and state them per service. Government processing times are the government's; where we show them, they are estimates from agency sources, not promises.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us. We are not liable for consequential damages, including lost revenue from vehicle downtime. [Full limitation-of-liability, dispute-resolution, and governing-law provisions to be completed in legal review.]

Not a government agency

ClearHaul is a private company, not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT, the IRS, or any government agency. Every filing we offer can be completed directly with the relevant agency; our pages link to the official channel and state the real government fee.
