What we collect

• Information you give us — email address for reminders, and filing details (name, contact, USDOT number) when you start an order.
• Anonymous usage analytics — we use privacy-focused analytics (no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking) to see which pages and tools help people.

How we use it

• To send the reminders and respond to the orders you asked for.
• Transactional email only, unless you explicitly opt into updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
• We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers needed to deliver what you requested (e.g., our email provider) and as required by law.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email, any time.
• Ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it: privacy@[domain].
